PARARIB™ - designed specifically for use in underground mining

PARARIB™ mining grids have been developed from PARAGRID™ geogrids and are made from specially developed PARAWEB™.

PARAWEB™ used in the manufacture of PARARIB™ consists of high tenacity polyester filament yarns encased in a tough and durable flame retardant, white, polymeric sheath.

PARARIB™ is manufactured on specially designed equipment, which is unique to Linear Composites Ltd, producing mats up to 4.5m wide.


 

PARARIB™ has been designed specifically for use in underground mining, where flame retardancy is a pre-requisite.
   

 

PARARIB™ has been designed specifically for use in underground mining, where flame retardancy is a requisite. The white polymer used enhances light reflectance and visibility when used in areas of limited illumination. PARARIB™ is suitable for lining tunnel walls and for salvage applications.
